Pesto Alla Genovese

This recipe has its origins in Genoa, with the word pesto being a method of preparation whereby the ingredients are crushed together in a circular motion. It has a lovely warm earthy flavour and can be used for a variety of pasta dishes, breads or even to roast your potatoes and meats with.  

Ingredients: Basil, Garlic, Walnuts, Pine Nuts, Parsley and Onion.
