Did you know that there are different grades of Sri Lankan cinnamon? High quality cinnamon quills should have uniform thickness and colour, without patches of different colours on its surface. We carry the C4, which is the fourth best grade of Sri Lankan cinnamon available. This grade offers value for money, yet is still in demand for its smoothness, fragrance and pale tan colour.
