Spaghetti Arrabbiata with Prawns

This is a great recipe with succulent juicy prawns and the Arrabbiata spice mix gives it the great fiery flavour that we love,


  • Medium to large prawn, shelled and cleaned
  • Diced garlic and onions
  • Tomato puree
  • Salt, pepper, chilli powder
  • Goccia Umbra Arrabbiata spice mix
  • Pasta of your choice, we used classic spaghetti in this one


  • Season prawns with salt and chilli powder and quickly pan-fry them and set aside
  • In olive oil, sautee diced garlic and onions
  • Add in Arrabbiata mix, pepper, salt and tomato puree, and bring to the boil. Add some water as needed.
  • Meanwhile add spaghetti to salted boiling water
  • When sauce is ready add in the prawns and give a good stir and turn off the heat
  • Add to cooked spaghetti, some grated parmesan in top and serve
