
This is a great recipe with succulent juicy prawns and the Arrabbiata spice mix gives it the great fiery flavour that we love,
Ingredients
- Medium to large prawn, shelled and cleaned
- Diced garlic and onions
- Tomato puree
- Salt, pepper, chilli powder
- Goccia Umbra Arrabbiata spice mix
- Pasta of your choice, we used classic spaghetti in this one
Method
- Season prawns with salt and chilli powder and quickly pan-fry them and set aside
- In olive oil, sautee diced garlic and onions
- Add in Arrabbiata mix, pepper, salt and tomato puree, and bring to the boil. Add some water as needed.
- Meanwhile add spaghetti to salted boiling water
- When sauce is ready add in the prawns and give a good stir and turn off the heat
- Add to cooked spaghetti, some grated parmesan in top and serve
