Apple Cinnamon Sauce

This yummy sauce can be made quickly and used as topping for pastries, cakes, on french toast or pancakes. 


  • Mix water, sugar and cinnamon quills and bring to the boil
  • As the sugar starts to caramelize and brown, add in the diced green apple
  • Once the sauce is thickened to your desired consistency, off the heat and its ready to use
